Booking A Tour FAQ

Can I change or cancel the reservation?2022-10-02T20:45:29+00:00

No problem! If you want to schedule another time for your tour, you can cancel the tour in your confirmation email through this button and apply for a refund:

You can place a new booking on your preferred date & time. We kindly ask you to make a new reservation yourself, please do not email us with the request to change or cancel your reservation. Rebooking yourself is the best way to secure a new spot and how we keep our tours free.

If you still need further assistance, send us an email.

Can I reserve the tour for more than 4 people?2022-09-15T16:28:58+00:00

Our booking system allows reservations for a maximum of 4 people.

The maximum allowed size of tour groups is only 15 people, which is why aim towards solo travellers and small groups. Our experience has shown us that other attendees don’t appreciate larger groups within the tour. Smaller groups keep the tour up to speed and make it easier to make new friends. We kindly ask you to respect this.

The date is fully booked, can I still come to the tour?2022-09-07T10:25:55+00:00

Try one of our other tours, like the cultural Alternative Tour, scrumptious Food Tour, or medieval Dark Side Tour.

If a timeslot or date isn’t available on the calendar, we are fully booked. We never take more people on our tour than the allowed maximum, because we risk a hefty fine. You can always try your luck and come to the meeting point, but we can’t guarantee a spot.

If I cancel my tour, is the Entertainment Tax refunded?2022-08-04T16:38:08+00:00

The Entertainment Tax is refundable until 24 hours before the start time of the cancelled tour. From the €1,89 that you pay per person, €1,50 per person will be refunded to your account. The booking fee of €0,39 per person is non-refundable.

Please note that it may take up to 10 days before you see the refund in your account. For more information, visit our Cancel & Refund Policy page.
