Yes. The booking fee is refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour starts. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account. For full details, please see the Cancel & Refund Policy page.

The booking fee is refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours before your tour. If you cancel to make a new booking, the original fee is also refunded under our rebooking policy. If we cancel your tour, we refund the fee.
