As true Dutch people, punctuality is something we take seriously. We kindly ask all guests to arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour starts at the meeting point. This gives the guide time to check everyone in and give a short introduction before we begin.

If you arrive after the tour has started, your reserved spot may be given to another traveler who is waiting to join the tour. Once the group begins walking through the streets of Amsterdam, it becomes very difficult to find the guide again.

Please note that our guides cannot answer their phone during the tour because they are busy guiding the group.

To avoid missing the tour, we strongly recommend arriving early and checking the meeting point location in advance.
